The 3-layer phrase model
- Core frame: the sentence skeleton you repeat often.
- Variable slot: place, time, person, or action.
- Tone tag: casual, neutral, or professional.

Weekly maintenance
- Keep 20 active phrases maximum.
- Retire phrases you have not used for 2 weeks.
- Promote phrases that appear in at least 3 real conversations.
This keeps your phrase bank clean, useful, and tied to real behavior.
